I’ve never performed on any stage outside Ghana – Mzvee

One of the vibrant female dancehall artistes in Ghana, MzVee, has disclosed that she has never performed outside Ghana before since her entrant in the music business.One of the vibrant female dancehall artistes in Ghana, MzVee, has disclosed that she has never performed outside Ghana before since her entrant in the music business.

 According to the ‘Borkor Borkor’ hatmaker, she has had a lot of invitations to perform in London, USA, South Africa and other countries but said no to all the calls with best reasons to known to only her. “I have had invitation to perform in London, US and South Africa but did not go since management wanted me to start from Ghana till some time”, she told Mike2 on Adom Entertainment Hall show last Saturday.

She said even though she has traveled beyond the borders of Ghana for other businesses, she has not climbed on any platform outside Ghana to perform. When asked her chances in this year’s BET awards, she said she hopes best for herself to bring the plaque home.

” I am the baby in the category and for me I am doing my own thing as MzVee leaving the guys to do their own stuff”, she said. MzVee has been nominated for 2016 BET Best International Act Africa category
