According to Jon Benjamin, Shatta Wale is a fantastic singer and he loves his Kakai song. “I love the Kakai song to the bit but it is unfortunate I can’t dance to it because I am not a good dancer.
He is very talented and I love most of his songs especially the Kakai song” he added.
Jon Benjamin who believes Ghanaian music is doing well said he recently got in touch with Shatta Wale for a Peace concert.
“I really want to use Shatta Wale for a Peace Concert by the end of the year and I believe he would pull a lot of crowd because his fan base is very big. The concert is expected to preach peace towards this year’s election” he said
Apart from Shatta Wale, Mr. Jon Benjamin mentioned Noella Wiyaala as the second artiste he would pick as his favourite artiste.
According to him, Wiyaala is one respectable artiste who is doing so well in promoting true African music.
“Wiyaala’s music is classic and I am happy to say that she will be performing in Britain this year. Her type of music is everlasting and that is the type of songs I will encourage most artistes to do” he added.
He also spoke about a lot of issues inducing politics, religion and education.
