In Africa, Nigerian celebrities are the worst in terms of showing off as they make their every move known to the general public, some people even pay for their belongings to be broadcasted on tabloids. Ghanaian celebrities are following suite, the only difference is, Ghanaian celebrities are not that rich like their Nigerian counterparts so it gets in their way.
Even with that, they still borrow from friends or move with rich friends and use their stuff to show off. Most times, the little things matter to them, so they would broadcast it on their social media pages. Let’s take a look at Ghanaian celebs who show off the most on social media.
1. Sandra Ankobiah
She is the queen of show off and many have started questioning where she gets all that money to live the lavish life she lives. Some say she is from a rich home, others say, she gets the cash from her lawyer gig, well she knows best, but she flies constantly in first class, shows off her cars, designer wears and even countries she visits. Doesn’t it get boring? Sigh!
2. Yvonne Nelson
She actually makes it known about her achievements, it’s cool and not bad, occasionally she will tag her brand-name wears. She’s also an expert at letting her fans know what country she is in, what hotel she is staying at and apparently everything. Nobody wanna know Yvonne.
3. Dee Moneey

God only knows who his sponsor is and how he is able to foot all those bills for the kid to gallivant around the word, his music videos and high sense of fashion. Dee Moneey has been fingered as a “la borrow” (those that know, know what that means), but the persona he puts up makes it look like he’s sitting on millions. He’s also constantly showing off pictures of him in cars that presidents can’t even afford, like the photo above. Sigh! these kids.
4. Tinny
Before I start, that Benz in the photo above is not his .. thank you. Tinny’s career fell into the river years ago, even though he is still training to gain prominence. If you check out his instagram pages, it’s almost as if, he’s the one who takes Sarkodie and Shatta Wale’s fees for them.
5. Shatta Wale
Shatta Wale’s facebook page has more traffic than some of the blogs in Ghana and he uses it for a lot of things including getting himself sued, disrespecting everybody and showing off his three cars, Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla and Toyota Kwame. He constantly shows off the money he makes or talks about how much he charges for shows.
6. Juliet Ibrahim
Juliet Ibrahim is a social media addict and as such uses it effectively. If she’s not showing off her awesome body, then she’s showing off the nicest places she’s been or the famous folks she met. She even got herself into trouble when she went shopping at H&M in Netherlands
7. Mzbel
Old soldier never dies, Mzbel may be out of the game but her show off game is still intact as she constantly wants her fans and haters alike to know she’s okay by showing off her brand-name bags, cars, vacation locations and her homes.
8. Sonnie Badu
One would have thought that gospel singers are modest, not the very modern Sonnie Badu, his instagram page is full of photos of him mounting big shows, sub-tweeting other musicians, thinking people hate him, things that he do and places that he go. It’s not bad to show off your accomplishments though.
9. Nikki Samonas
The talentless light skinned actress knows how to get attention with her beauty. What she shows off best is her bikini body, collection of watches and probably cars from her well-connected boyfriends.
